Portfolio Review - Remote/Drop Off

Service Description

For all portfolio reviews I use a 3-step approach, which varies slightly depending on if you choose a remote, drop-off or in-person option. It may also vary based on the number of portfolios being evaluated and the type of portfolio: All Clients: Step 1 - Portfolio Intake: Everyone will complete a portfolio intake questionnaire when they book their portfolio evaluation service. This is a series of simple questions that help me get familiar with you, your family and your approach. It will establish if you have a digital or hard copy portfolio, how you will be sharing it with me, and if I will be completing the other steps remotely or in-person. Step 2 - Portfolio Review: This is the period of time when I review your child’s portfolio. For Remote and drop-off clients I ask that you share the portfolio with me one week before your scheduled portfolio discussion session to get familiar with its organization and the type of work samples included. Digital portfolios should be sent via email or exchanged by sharing a link. For hardcopy portfolios we can arrange a meet up to physically hand-off the portfolio. Step 3 - Portfolio Discussion: This is the day and time you are booking. It is when we will meet to discuss any special information you want to add/share about your child’s work and growth, a time for the child to share any information that you choose, with me directly, and time for me to ask questions or raise concerns about the portfolio. For remote and drop-off clients this session should take no longer than 30min. Digital and hardcopy portfolios can be discussed online with Zoom or in-person (within 20min drive time of Littleton), simply notify me in your Portfolio Intake which method you prefer. (If we meet online for a hardcopy portfolio, we will arrange a portfolio return exchange at the end of our session.) Following our discussion you will receive your copy of the basic Portfolio Review form required by the state. NOTES: I request that you book a separate session for each child who needs a portfolio review because the intake form will be particular to each child. Should you have any additional needs or requests regarding the outcomes of the Portfolio Review I am happy to work with you to build a more customized plan. Cancellation Policy

To cancel your booking for a Growing Home service please contact us at least 4 days before the start of your booking so that we can allow another family to take your place. Thank you for being considerate of others.
